NFL Futures Bets For The 2026 Season Using Fantasy Life's Projections: Zay Flowers and More

We're less than a week away from regular-season NFL football, which means it's time to leverage our fantasy football projections and highlight a trio of NFL futures bets to lock in before kickoff.

Three NFL Futures Bets Using Fantasy Life's Projections

Omarion Hampton: 1,000+ Rushing Yards (+130)

Omarion Hampton's rookie campaign was injury-riddled, with Hampton only appearing in nine total games; however, in those games, Hampton racked up 545 rushing yards on 124 carries (4.4 YPC), a strong YPC number for Hampton that should encourage bettors and fantasy players alike when you take into account the fact that the Chargers were without Reshawn Slater and Joe Alt last season. With a bolstered offensive line and an offense I am overall more excited about, getting plus money on Hampton to clear 1,000 feels like a screaming value.

The Fantasy Life Projections back up my thinking: We have Omarion Hampton projected for the eighth-most rushing yards in the NFL this season (1,081) and 240 carries.

Chase Brown: 750+ Rushing yards (-170)

Play to: -200

Chase Brown has cleared this line with ease the last two seasons (1,019 in 2025, 990 in 2024), with Joe Burrow healthy and no added competition to the backfield this offseason. Brown also ranked sixth among RBs in Dwain McFarland’s utilization report last season with 65% of the team's rushing attempts and getting 63% of the rushes inside the five-yard line.

Our projections have Brown clearing this line by over 150 yards. While it isn’t the best value at -170, Brown to clear this line is a nice parlay builder, or if you’re willing to lay a little more for the juice.

Zay Flowers: 1,000+ receiving yards (-120)

Play to: -140

Similar to Chase Brown, Zay Flowers has cleared this line the last two seasons, and cleared it last year by over 200 yards. On top of that, the Ravens have 75 vacant targets from the departures of TE Isaiah Likely and WR DeAndre Hopkins. While the Ravens drafted two WRs later in the draft, Elijah Sarratt and Ja’Kobi Lane, the latter of which is generating a ton of camp hype, Flowers should still receive the majority of those vacant targets, along with TE Mark Andrews.

Our projections back up my claim, having Flowers with 117 targets and hauling in 82 of them for 1,136 yards. This bet being -120 feels like great value and one that should be more in the range of the Chase Brown -170 odds.
