Week 7 Running Back Streamers For Fantasy Football: Chance It With Blake Corum
Jorge Martin dropped the RB streamers for fantasy football heading into Week 7, featuring Blake Corum.
Week 7 has arrived, and for those of you who have enjoyed having James Cook and Bhayshul Tuten in your lineup … oof, not gonna be fun having to replace them this week. But we knew the byes were coming, and if for some reason you were not able to plan ahead, we have some options.
Let’s get into some streamers. As always with running backs, we’ll mine the fantasy football rankings for players outside the top 24. Make sure to check out our fantasy football projections to get further confirmation why these players are targets. Lastly, all stats versus each position group listed below are from our wonderful DvP tool and any utilization data came from our UR Score.

Running Back Streamers for Week 7
Rico Dowdle | Steelers at Saints
The former Cowboy and Panther looked good on some of his runs in his return to the field, so the 10 touches for 49 scrimmage yards is a bit deceiving. Since running backs are going to be ultra-scarce this time of year, having any RB with a chance at 10 touches is pretty good.
And having one going against the Saints and their defense allowing the most fantasy points and rushing yards to RBs is a good start. Even if Dowdle has to share the ball with Jaylen Warren, he should make the most of it even in a road matchup.
Blake Corum | Rams at Raiders
No matter what Kyren Williams says about how much he’s on the field, Corum is still going to get double-digit touches. Against the Cardinals, he turned 11 touches into 60 yards and a score. It’s the third game with at least 10 touches for Corum, as Williams is still in charge of this backfield.
The matchup is good for either RB, as the Raiders allow 22.1 fantasy points per game to RBs (No. 7). While Kenneth Walker and James Cook feasted on the Las Vegas D, that’s to be expected. Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson turned a combined 21 touches into 122 scrimmage yards and a score in Week 5, to give a more realistic sample.
Dameon Pierce | Eagles vs. Cowboys
When someone takes all the carries for a team—12 totes—one has to perk up and take notice. Even if he did turn them into only 35 yards. Volume is king, friends and familia. And we still don’t have a clear return timeline for Saquon Barkley from his hamstring injury.
And it’s the Cowboys on the other side. Bucky Irving rushing for 21-165-1 against them two weeks ago is still fresh. They are 10th in the league, allowing 21.4 FPG to running backs. Keep an eye on Barkley’s availability, because if he plays, that could turn Pierce into a sit.
