NFL Parlay Picks for Week 3: Ravens, Titans, and More
Matt LaMarca shares a four-leg parlay for Week 3 of the NFL season, including an underpriced favorite, an underdog, a longshot pick, and a touchdown prop bet.
It was another mixed week for our parlay picks. The good news is that the Seahawks cruised to an easy victory, while the Jets clearly should’ve beaten the Packers. The fact that they didn’t was literally historic.
Unfortunately, the Giants were never really in contention vs. the Rams. That will happen when your quarterback goes down with an injury, but even if Jaxson Dart played the full four quarters, they probably had no chance of hanging with Los Angeles. Deebo Samuel also didn’t find the paint, despite the 49ers hanging 35 points on the Dolphins.
Such is the life of parlays. You need to be perfect, so we’re back to the drawing board in Week 3. The upside is that you only need to be right once or twice a year to be extremely profitable.
Without further ado, let’s dive in.
Week 3 NFL Parlay Picks
The Underpriced Favorite
Ravens ML (-175) at Cowboys
The Ravens are one of my favorite teams this week, as highlighted in my Week 3 Best Bets article. Both of these teams should do plenty of scoring in this contest, but Baltimore’s defense is significantly better than the Cowboys’. The gap should only widen if Nnamdi Madubuike makes his return to the lineup in Week 3. That’s not a certainty yet, but he’s back to practicing in full after missing more than a calendar year with a neck injury.
Betting the Ravens on the moneyline also means we don’t have to worry about the 3.5-point spread. All we need is the team to win, and Lamar Jackson has an elite track record of bouncing back after a loss. He’s 21-6 for his career after a defeat, and I expect him to pick up another win on Sunday.
The Underdog
Titans ML (+130) at Giants
This is not exactly the “Game of the Week.” The Titans were expected to be one of the worst teams in football this season, and they enter this contest at 0-2. They did show some fight last week vs. the Eagles, but wins are ultimately going to be few and far between.
On the other side, the Giants enter this contest a shell of the team that walked into Week 2. Dart and star edge rusher Brian Burns are out, while Malik Nabers and offensive tackle Andrew Thomas are banged up. Those are arguably the team’s four most important players.
With that stud quartet either out or limited, the Titans feel ripe for an upset. They were close to doing so against the Eagles, and the Giants are a much more exploitable matchup. Specifically, they’re 32nd in the NFL in defensive EPA, so Cam Ward and the rest of the Titans' offense should be able to put some points on the scoreboard. If that happens, I don’t think Jameis Winston can follow suit.
The Longshot
Jets ML (+265) at Lions
As long as the Lions’ secondary remains decimated, it’s hard to get excited about their prospects. They have allowed 30+ points in both games this season, and only the Giants rank worse in defensive EPA. Detroit does have one of the best offenses in football, but if they can’t put up a bunch of points, their defense won’t be able to pick up the slack.
That could be an issue in Week 3. The Jets clearly still have their issues, but their defense has been vastly improved in 2026. They’ve held each of their first two opponents to less than 200 yards of total offense, and they’re seventh in EPA per play.
The Jets’ offense has also held its own. Geno Smith looks much better than he did last year with the Raiders, completing 70.8% of his passes for 7.4 adjusted yards per attempt. He should be able to keep the chains moving vs. Detroit.
I love the Jets on the spread in this matchup, but there’s definitely a chance they can win this game outright. If their defense can slow down the Lions, they’re live for an upset.
The Touchdown Prop
Trey McBride Anytime TD (+200)
I’m honestly pretty shocked that Trey McBride is available at +200 to score a touchdown this week. The Cardinals do have a tough matchup vs. the 49ers, but it’s no tougher than facing the Seahawks. McBride managed to score against Seattle last week, and he’s scored in both games to start the year.
That’s not a fluke. Ever since Jacoby Brissett took over as the Cardinals’ quarterback, McBride has been a touchdown-scoring machine. McBride has now scored 12 times in his 14 games with Brissett, and he’s found the paint in eight of those contests. He scored just seven touchdowns in 55 career games without Brissett, so it has made a world of difference.
McBride should probably be priced closer to even money to score at this point, so I’m happy to take the value at +200.
Final Parlay: Roughly +3850
You obviously don’t have to play all four of these together. You can sprinkle them in with some of your own bets. However, if you were to place these four bets together, you’d get a payout of around +3850. This will be just a very small portion of my overall Week 3 portfolio, but I’ll definitely have a piece of this parlay. Again, we just need to hit one of these over an 18-week season for them to be profitable, and I think we can pull it off.
