It's Week 5.

That means we're almost a quarter of the way through the NFL regular season.

Time flies. Time lies. Time dies.

To quote "Aristotle" by Billy Collins: "Things have had time to get complicated, messy, really. Nothing is simple anymore."

We have two teams on bye. Two teams playing in London (again). A month's worth of data to analyze. A slew of injuries to consider.

We know so much more than we did when the season started … and yet we still know so little.

Sort of like the TV show Lost.

If the season were a person, it would be a college sophomore: Old enough to know a few things but still young enough not to know the most important things.
