Week 7 Tight End Streamers For Fantasy Football: Score With Darnell Washington?
Jorge Martin unveiled the tight end streamers for fantasy football heading into Week 7, including Darnell Washington.
Week 7 has arrived, and for those of you who have enjoyed having Brenton Strange and occasionally Dalton Kincaid in your lineup … oof, not gonna be fun having to replace them this week. But we knew the byes were coming, and if for some reason you were not able to plan ahead, we have some options.
Let’s get into some streamers. As always with quarterbacks, we’ll mine the fantasy football rankings for players outside the top 12. Make sure to check out our fantasy football projections to get further confirmation why these players are targets. Lastly, all stats versus each position group listed below are from our wonderful DvP tool and any utilization data came from our UR Score.

Tight End Streamers for Week 7
Tyler Higbee | Rams at Raiders
Davante Adams, please heal up well. The Ram-ily would like to see you back in time for the playoffs. Yes, we still believe. What we’ve seen HC Sean McVay believe in is 13 personnel, and we could see plenty of that against the Raiders with Higbee getting some of Puka Nacua’s leftovers. The veteran TE has 14 targets in the past three games, turning them into 14 catches for 172 yards.
The Raiders are sixth in the league with 14.7 receiving yards allowed to TEs. Kincaid just caught 7-of-8 targets for 38 yards. Not big yards, but Higbee could become a red zone threat with Adams on the shelf. You’re hoping for a TD here.
Darnell Washington | Steelers at Saints
Dwain McFarland called Washington one of the most fun players to watch last season, and that remains the case this season when we see the big guy run. He turned 6 targets against the Bucs into 4-25-1, scoring for the second time in the past three weeks.
The Saints have been a good defense to target in the passing game, and they are No. 7 with 14.1 FPG to TEs this season. We’re not expecting Isaiah Likely’s 6-99-1 from last week, but a few receptions and a TD are well within the realm of possibility.
Hunter Henry | Patriots at Bears (TNF)
Amigo Scott Pianowski coined the phrase “Raul Ibanez All-Star” for that boring vet who just produces in fantasy baseball. Hunter Henry is the TE equivalent in fantasy football. Henry has seen at least 4 targets in all but two games this season, and as Drake Maye has come back to live, he’s lugged Henry along with him. The TE has a TD in each of the past two games, and has caught 12 balls for 154 yards in the past three games.
The Bears are giving up just 8.5 FPG to TEs (10th fewest), but just gave up a pair of garbage-time TDs to Kyle Pitts. Back-to-back tight ends have posted at least 60 receiving yards on the Bears, and with this game having a total of 50.5 in a matchup of 2024 QB draftees Caleb Williams and Maye, some footballs could be flying around Soldier Field.
