Welcome To Fantasy HQ Powered By Mike's Hard Lemonade
Fantasy Life is proud to present Fantasy HQ, powered by Mike's Hard Lemonade, your next-generation fantasy football companion to guide you through every step of your league.
We’ve made some legit upgrades at Fantasy Life, but the one you absolutely need to know about? It’s called Fantasy HQ—powered by our friends at Mike’s Hard Lemonade.
Think of Fantasy HQ as your fantasy football command center.
To get started, sync your league—and I mean any league—and watch every tool, ranking, and projection transform to fit your exact league settings. No more “this kinda sorta applies” advice. We’re talking tailored insights, just for you.
Click Here To Sync Your Leagues
Once you’re synced, head over to My Leagues for a clean, scroll-worthy dashboard of all your teams. Then, dive into My Roster, where the real fun begins—lineup advice, waiver help, trade analyzers, and yeah ... Cruise Control.
What’s Cruise Control? It’s our way of saying, “Hey, go enjoy your Sunday.” We’ll auto-set your best lineup and sync it across your apps. It’s like autopilot... if autopilot also hated your league-mates and wanted you to crush them.
And yes—Guillotine Leaguers, we see you. This is the only platform with Guillotine syncing and intelligent waiver help. No other tool is built for the thrill of the chop quite like this.
OK, enough gushing. Let's get into some of the nitty gritty of Fantasy HQ.
What Is The Fantasy HQ League Hub?
Fantasy HQ's League Hub is the most comprehensive fantasy football companion in the industry—your one-stop shop to track all of your fantasy football teams on one singular page.
At a high level, League Hub allows you to view all of your leagues, projected points for the week, pre-draft advice and analysis, and even your projected finishing position in Guillotine Leagues™️.
How To Use League Hub
Step 1 is syncing your league(s). To do this, click the “sync another league” button at the top of the left-hand side. From there, you will have the ability to link any team(s) that you have on ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, CBS, or Guillotine Leagues.
Once your leagues are synced, they’ll populate on the left-hand side of the screen, allowing you to scroll through to see high-level analysis, including projections and win probability of your matchup. You can then select a league to display in-depth analysis for that specific selection in the middle of the screen.
If your synced league has not drafted yet …
It’s time to prepare for your draft. To do so, League Hub is filled with elements to ensure that you feel confident when you step into the draft room, including:
- Get Ready To Draft: Click this button to be redirected to our fantasy football cheat sheets, which are custom-fit to your specific league settings.
- My Mock Drafts: View your completed mock drafts on Fantasy Life, including expert grades, who you drafted most like, your draft style, and more. Haven’t done a mock draft yet? You can click “New Mock Draft” to start one.
- Prepare For Your Draft: Here you’ll find the latest and greatest fantasy football strategy articles from our team of analysts to help you prepare for your draft.
- Rankings: View our expert rankers’ rankings based specifically on your league’s settings. You’ll see individual fantasy football rankings, consensus rankings (average of our experts), each player’s ADP, and their Utilization Score from last season.
- Keepers: If applicable to your league, you can input the keepers for your team and others (for either snake or auction drafts) to customize your advice even further. Not sure who to keep? You can click into our Keeper Tool for help.
If your synced league has already drafted …
It’s time to look ahead. You have your roster, and so do your leaguemates. What’re you going to do about it? In addition to our experts weighing in with their thoughts on your roster/draft at the top, you have a plethora of resources available to help:
- Matchup: Provides both a high-level overview up top and a player-by-player view of your next head-to-head matchup right below. This includes your team’s projection and win probability, player minutes remaining, and how close to optimal (by our projections and logic) your starting lineup is. The more granular player-by-player matchup view is closer to what you’d traditionally expect to see when looking at fantasy football matchups.
- In Guillotine Leagues, the high-level view of your matchup will show where your team is in relation to the rest of your leaguemates, as well as the projected chop line, as well as your projected finishing position.
- To optimize your lineup, click the “View Optimal Lineup” dropdown menu and select your preferred lineup: Current Lineup, Optimize Lineup, Boom Lineup (high ceiling), Safe Lineup (high floor).
- Mike’s 6 Pack: Displays six free agents to win your week, sortable by position, and includes player projections for you to compare to who’s already in your lineup above.
- This Week’s Matchups: Here you’ll find your players’ specific matchups and the DvP of those, as well as the fantasy boost from the matchup, whether it’s a good matchup or a bad one. You can click “View Full DvP” to see full defense versus position data for the week at hand.
- Trending Up: View who’s trending up and their roster percentages for the provider your league is hosted on. You will also see an indicator if a player/s from the list is rostered on your team.
- Boom or Bust: Get a deep dive into your team’s projections for the week. Here, you’ll see what your probabilities of a boom week or a bust week are and what the scoring numbers of each would be. You can also see your team’s current projection versus your opponent’s (as well as their boom and bust probabilities).
- Injured Players: This is the injury report for your matchup, displaying players on both your team and your opponent’s who are injured, and how many fantasy points they’re projected to account for. You can click “View All” to view a full injury report for the week, regardless of whose roster the players are on.
- Trade Analyzer: This presents you with buy-low and sell-high players to target based on their current production and their Utilization Score. Often, if a player is producing far more fantasy points than their Utilization Score indicates they should, they’re a prime sell-high candidate (and vice-versa).
Exploring The Scoreboard Feature In Fantasy HQ
The Scoreboard tab in Fantasy HQ is a one-stop shop to stay updated with your portfolio of fantasy teams' performances on a week-to-week basis. The following features are included in the Scoreboard in Fantasy HQ:
- Top Performers: This feature displays your top-performing players (based on fantasy points) on a week-to-week basis across all synced teams.
- Game Exposure: This feature displays how many projected points you have, across all of your synced teams, allocated to each NFL game of the week. This also gives you the option to display the same view based on your opponents' synced teams. Hover over each projection bar in the chart to get a drilled-down view of specific player projections from each game.
- My Leagues: The "My Leagues" element of the scoreboard feature operates similarly to an NFL scoreboard you would see on a site like ESPN. See where all of your fantasy matchups stand across synced leagues, including projected totals for you and your opponent, matchup win probabilities, player projections and performances, and more.
- In each of the individual scoreboards for your synced teams, you have the option to "View League" to be taken to that league's homepage in Fantasy HQ, or set your lineup to optimize your win probability.
- Sortable by which teams are winning, losing, your highest scores, and your lowest scores.
How To Use The Fantasy HQ My Roster Tool
The “My Roster” feature of Fantasy HQ drills down everything you need to know about your team, player by player.
To start, select the league you want to examine from the “Leagues” dropdown menu, and then the team. It will default to your team, but you have the ability to view your leaguemates’ roster breakdowns, too.
Once you have selected your league/team to view, you have the ability to optimize your starting lineup in the “Lineup” dropdown menu, including:
- Current Lineup
- Optimize Lineup
- Boom Lineup
- Safe Lineup
From there, you are ready to dive into the My Roster Tool. See below for the specific elements.
Viewing Your Roster
The first thing you’ll see is a rather traditional view of your roster, including starters and your bench spots. The following data will be displayed for each player:
- DvP of the upcoming opponent
- Start%
- Utilization Score
- Bust%
- Projection
- Boom%
- Danger
- Roster%
- Rankings
Each of the respective columns can be hovered over on the title for further explanation of the metric.
Below the roster view, you’ll see various elements that drill down into different aspects of your roster, including the specific strengths and weaknesses of your roster—sorted by position—buy-low and sell-high candidates, and so, so much more.
For the most comprehensive fantasy football experience in the world, check out Fantasy Life's Fantasy HQ—powered by Mike's Hard Lemonade—and explore the endless possibilities to help you win.
The Fantasy HQ Trade Analyzer Tool
Fantasy HQ also includes a built-in trade analyzer that you can hook up to each of your synced leagues. Once the league has been drafted, you will be able to view your roster against one of your selected leaguemates' rosters.
From there, you can select players on your team to add to a hypothetical trade using the "-" button on the left-hand side (to indicate that you are subtracting this player from your team). To select a player(s) to receive in return, click the "+" icon next to the desired player(s) on your opponent's team. This will populate all players included in the trade in a "Trade Preview" on the right-hand side of your screen.
The Trade Preview includes the "Trade Win %" for each team in the given scenario. This win percentage is calculated based on their position, rest-of-season rankings and tiers, as well as their projection.
The Trade Preview will also provide you with its verdict on the trade. For example, you may receive a message in a lopsided trade that reads, "Noticeable Advantage: One side has the clear advantage, but the trade's still defendable. Especially if it solves a roster hole."
From there, you can click into "View Full Analysis" for a detailed breakdown that includes:
- Transaction Summary: includes strength by position analysis, trade win percentage, and total projected points for each side of the trade.
- Projected Positions Ranking: Displays how your roster and your opponent's rosters stack up on a strength-by-position basis and indicates what change in strength by position this trade results in.
- Stats: Displays who you are receiving versus who you are trading away and what the projected fantasy points difference is.
- Projected Roster Change: Displays what your roster looks like before the trade and what it would look like after the trade, highlighting where your traded-away player used to slot into your lineup, and where your newly acquired player now slots in.
Waivers In Fantasy HQ
Coming soon! — Check back for more info once the Waiver Wire Assistant is launched in Fantasy HQ.
Free Agents
The Free Agents tab is exactly what you'd expect—your hub to view all of the available free agents in each of your synced leagues. Unlike the traditional Free Agent pages and screens on the native platforms, the Fantasy HQ Free Agents table includes a suite of actionable datapoints, including:
- Matchup: The DvP and fantasy boost of the player's matchup on tap.
- Player: Player-specific data, including their Utilization Score (UR Score), their ranking for the week, projection, and rest-of-season ranking.
- Waiver Info: This is where you'll find your traditional roster ownership numbers, displaying what each player's ownership percentage is across all synced teams (under the same provider) in Fantasy HQ.
- FAAB Suggestion: If you are in a league that uses FAAB for waivers, this will house suggested bid amounts.
Fantasy HQ's Start/Sit Tool
The Start/Sit tool allows you to compare up to eight players side by side. The first view you will see is your roster side by side with available players in your league. This is where you select the players you want to compare.
You can also adjust the tool based on your roster strategy relative to the context of your matchup with three options: "Toss Up", "Underdog", "Favorite". Whichever bucket your team falls into for that week should be taken into account, as a higher emphasis on floor or ceiling projections may be required based on your matchup's context.
When you click "Who to start?", you will be taken to the player-versus-player comparison view. This will highlight which player we recommend you start, along with a side-by-side comparison of their matchup stats (matchup, opponent rank), projections (Weekly projection, boom/bust, weekly ranking), and league information (start%, roster%, Utilization Score, Bid History, Suggested FAAB, League History FAAB).
Standings
The Standings page provides a 30,000-foot view of your league's standings with two separate views.
The first is a traditional standings table, showing your league's overall standings, including records, win/loss streaks, latest week scores, total points for and against, playoff probability, and a score that gauges how lucky your team has gotten this season.
The second view is a "Standings Over Time" view that operates as a line chart. This will track the standings of your league on a week-by-week basis to give an overarching view of the win/loss trends each team has endured throughout the season.
