FanDuel NFL DFS Picks For Rams vs. Giants Single-Game Slate

Week 2 brings us a cross-country showdown for Monday Night Football, and I'm here to bring you my favorite FanDuel NFL DFS picks for Rams vs. Giants for the single-game slate.

As a note for those dipping into the FanDuel single-game streets for the first time, they changed their format to match DK last season—a 1.5x multiplier for the MVP slot, with player salaries also costing 1.5x as much if you want to use them in your MVP slot. With a $60,000 salary to fill out six lineup spots, you're allocated an average of $10,000 per lineup slot, something to be mindful of when selecting your MVP and FLEX positions.

Rams vs. Giants FanDuel NFL DFS Single-Game Picks For MNF

NOTE: This breakdown assumes Puka Nacua will be OUT for Monday night's game, as Adam Schefter most recently reported that Nacua has been "trending in the wrong way" regarding his availability.

FanDuel MVP Picks For LAR vs. NYG Single-Game Slate

Jaxson Dart (QB, NYG) - $19,500: The price gaps across the top three MVP options for Monday's slate differ from the last handful of single-game slates, as there is at least $1,100 separating all three of these players, with Dart being the most expensive. He had a stellar Week 1 against a leaky Cowboys defense, showing improvement in the passing game (79% completion rate on 29 attempts, 34 dropbacks, 8.4-yard aDOT) while still maintaining his value on the ground (16% des. rush attempts, 9% scramble rate). How much of this can be attributed to the matchup remains to be seen, but there were noticeable improvements, and his WR1 is only going to be on the field more. With Myles Garrett out for the Rams D, their front seven gets far less imposing, giving Dart the highest floor/ceiling combination on the slate.

Matthew Stafford (QB, LAR) - $18,300: Even potentially down his WR1, Stafford comes with the second-best floor/ceiling combination on the slate given the gaudy team total (27). Despite not looking the part in Week 1, the 2025 MVP still had an aDOT over 9.0 yards in Week 1 (close to his 9.6-yard aDOT from 2025) and was one of the most voluminous QBs in the NFL last season (37.8 DB/game). He has three-TD upside on any given slate, and the $1,200 savings on Dart makes him a more-than-viable MVP in a single-game setting.

Davante Adams (WR, LAR) - $16,200: Adams was a shell of himself in Week 1, which raises a lot of concerns given he was a shell of himself from a downfield perspective last season. While he relied on touchdown efficiency in 2025, he only played 54% of the snaps (72% routes) in Week 1 with zero involvement at the goal line (0 end-zone targets compared to a 50% share of 2025's end-zone targets). With Nacua trending towards being out, however, Adams should step into a voluminous role given Nacua's 33% target share in Week 1 and 31% share last season. For a massive discount, Adams is the best way to save at MVP, and his multi-TD upside is a huge plus in half-PPR scoring.

FLEX Picks For LAR vs. NYG Single-Game Slate On FanDuel

Kyren Williams (RB, LAR) - $10,200: With Nacua likely out, there could be a potential change in philosophy for the Rams, and they could rely more on Kyren Williams on the ground. A lot of offseason fuss was made about the split with Blake Corum, but Williams still played on 63% of the snaps with a 41% rush share, 69% route rate, 11% target share, and, most importantly, maintained the high-value touches. He got 67% of the attempts inside the five-yard line and 71% of the long-down-and-distance snaps. As a significant home favorite, this game has multi-TD upside written all over it for Williams; just be aware that if the Rams pull significantly ahead, we could see the split even out a bit more with Corum.

Malik Nabers (WR, NYG) - $9,800: While Nabers was eased into action in Week 1, he still ran 71% of the routes, and when he was on the field, he was the focal point of the offense. He posted a 32% target share (0.38 targets per route run), 11-yard aDOT, and 40% air yard share. His price is still lagging where it would be if he were 100%, making him my favorite FLEX play to target outside of the big three listed in the MVP section.

Colby Parkinson (TE, LAR) - $4,400: I debated writing up Terrance Ferguson here instead, but it's impossible to ignore the role that Parkinson has had as much as we want the Ferguson breakout to happen. He's currently operating as the TE1 in a crowded room, running 62% of the routes in Week 1, albeit with a paltry 7% target share. This is consistent with what we saw to close out last season, too, as Parkinson saw a 65% route rate from Week 13-18 last season with a 17% target share (0.23 targets per route run) and a 32% end-zone target share. With Nacua out, pieces are going to have to step up, and Parkinson is in a great position (and price) to do so.

Harrison Mevis (K, LAR, $6,600), Dominic Zvada (K, NYG, $6,400): You know the drill. Kickers offer a unique blend of floor and ceiling at their prices in single-game slates, with Mevis being the particularly attractive option here as the kicker for a Rams team that sits as 6.5-point home favorites in a game with a 47.5-point implied total.

Others I will mix into my FLEX spots: Isaiah Likely (TE, NYG, $8,200), Konata Mumpfield (WR, LAR, $4,000), Terrance Ferguson (TE, LAR, $2,800)
