Offensive Line: Getting more out of former Day 2 picks Juice Scruggs and Blake Fisher would be ideal, but devoting more early-round capital to the room is encouraged either way.

Interior Defensive Line: Bringing back Sheldon Rankins and/or Tim Settle while also infusing the group with some more run-stuffing youth makes a lot of sense.

Running Back: While Marks flashed as a receiver early in 2025, he became an afterthought in the passing game down the stretch. This group needs to add a body or two in the middle-to-late rounds of the draft.

It might be tough for the Colts to make many sweeping changes, as securing key free agents like Jones, WR Alec Pierce, EDGE Samson Ebukam, and RT Braden Smith will seemingly soak up much of the team's available cap room. That aforementioned midseason trade for Gardner also leaves them without a first-round pick. Accordingly, the most likely path to Indy fulfilling the following key team needs is probably just by bringing back many familiar faces.

Secondary: Last season's defense allowed only 6.2 yards per pass attempt (3rd best); just realize work needs to be done here even if it's as easy as simply getting the band back together for another year.

Offensive Tackle: They allowed a bottom-10 pressure rate, yet don't have any of their linemen hitting free agency after locking down LT Cole Van Lanen to a three-year, $51 million extension. Though you know what they say about doing the same thing and expecting different results.

Running Back: A between-the-tackles grinder is probably the best archetype to go after here in the absence of the franchise's third all-time leading rusher.

Pass Catcher: Getting in on the bidding for top-tier free agent options like Alec Pierce and Rashid Shaheed could be fun, while there should also be plenty of high-end talents in play at pick No. 4 (Carnell Tate?) and No. 35 (Chris Bell?). Hey, maybe the team could even do both! Reminder: The Titans currently boast the league's sixth-cheapest offense in terms of 2026 dollars.

Offensive Line: After spending big on LT Dan Moore last offseason and devoting early first-round picks to RT JC Latham (1.07) and LG Peter Skoronski (1.11) in 2024 and 2023, respectively, better performance is needed from a group that allowed 52 sacks (2nd most in the NFL) while also ranking among the league's bottom-10 offenses in yards per rush.

Cornerback: Better health from players like L'Jarius Sneed, Kevin Winston, and Xavier Woods would, though after the Titans joined the Cowboys as the only defenses allowing a triple-digit passer rating since 2024 more reinforcements from the draft would help.
